Membership

Applicants must note:

- Lookforcrew.com is an introductory crewing agency only and therefore cannot warrant the accuracy of the information given by the applicants filling out and completing our registration forms.
- Members must satisfy themselves of the validity, suitability and safety of any boat which they intend to spend time on.
- Lookforcrew.com/co.uk cannot take responsibility for any accident, injury, loss or damage caused by a result of an introduction.
- Any level of crew may use Lookforcrew.com subject to acceptance by boat owners. We don’t accept any liability of boat owners declining crew on experience or any other matters.
- By registering with Lookforcrew.com you authorize us to circulate your personal details only to other registered members. If for any reason you do not want your details circulated please email: contact@lookforcrew.com/co.uk .
- By registering on our site you agree to our terms for the full year of your membership. There are NO refunds once your annual dues have been paid.
- This site is intended for over 18’s ONLY.

Use

Crew/Boat owner members, agree not to use our site to:

- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available:
- Any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing material.
- Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials.
- Any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

Interfere with or disrupt the service or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service.

We reserve the right to remove anyone’s listing from the website.

We strongly advise checking out all “suspicious” requests /deliveries or passages in light of recent activities on other crew sites. Many drug dealers are trying to use innocent sailors to traffic substances. Please be aware this happens, do NOT take or collect anything that is illegal. We are an introductory site we will NOT be held responsible for these kind of actions.
